Trail Work
Well, the work yesterday was fun. I joined with other volunteers to help prepare the cross country ski trails in the area for the upcoming winter. My group had 8 people total, so we were assigned a 2 mile loop of trail to work on.

Trail Building
Tomorrow promises to be a fun day. As part of my efforts with the Boy Scouts, several of us - including myself - are working on completing the 50-miler award. Part of the award calls for giving back to the outdoors by contributing time to trail building, maintenance and other conservation work.
